1、 Product Overview:
This test device is designed and manufactured according to GB/T 20234.1-2015, and is suitable for the life test of various types of electric vehicle plugs and sockets. It meets the requirements of 6.11 breaking capacity, 6.12 service life, and 6.20 limited short-circuit current withstand test clauses. It tests whether the plug and socket have deteriorated shells or partitions, whether the pin insulation cap is loose, and whether it has ignited. The equipment structure is divided into plug and socket life testing machine and power load box. The plug and socket life testing machine adopts high-end aluminum profile frame, aluminum alloy plate, customized fixture mechanism, slider guide rail, stepper motor and screw rod. The customized fixture can be seen in the following figure, which features adjustable center for four sided clamping, firm clamping of workpieces that are not easy to loosen, and guide rails on both sides to ensure that each action is in the same position.
